Welcome to Mobile PC Medics. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Scope of Services

Mobile PC Medics provides independent, on-site computer and technology repair services. Our services include hardware diagnostics, physical hardware repair, component replacement, and system optimization. We are a local, mobile service provider; we do not provide remote-only technical support or call-center-based services.

2. Independent Service Provider Status

Mobile PC Medics is an Independent Service Provider. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Apple Inc., Microsoft Corporation, Dell, HP, or any other third-party brands mentioned on this website. All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

3. On-Site Service & Estimates

• All repairs are conducted at the client’s designated location or a physical workshop.

• Estimates provided over the phone or via email are preliminary. A final price will be provided after an on-site physical diagnostic.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if the work environment is deemed unsafe or if the hardware is beyond reasonable repair.

4. Data Responsibility and Backup

The client is responsible for backing up all data, software, and information before service begins. While we take every precaution to protect your data, Mobile PC Medics shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or breach of data, software, or files during the diagnostic or repair process.

5. Warranty of Service

We provide a 30-day limited warranty on labor for the specific hardware repair performed. This warranty does not cover:

• New issues arising after the repair.

• Software-related problems or user-induced errors.

• Damages caused by accidents, liquid, or third-party interference after our technician leaves the site.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due in full upon completion of the on-site service. We accept major credit cards and local payment methods. We do not offer “subscription” plans for technical support. All charges are for specific, one-time service incidents or hardware projects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobile PC Medics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County or Los Angeles County, California.
