While Microsoft’s update for Windows 8.1 will not be officially released until April, a leaked version has already surfaced, and PC World takes a look at some of the new features of the update. Among the improvements include reduced system requirements to run the software, as well as the ability to instantly recognize whether the hosting device lacks touch-screen capabilities.
